Level 15 zones do not scale to level 8. at level 8 only starting zones are scaled to you. Advise you not to spend hours up on hours trying to reproduce it. This was hardly a drop in first place.

You are able to loot like 1 in 10 mobs. It is always trash items. This shit goes on ever since change to master loot (i believe) Not to be cynical but if i had one obtained via shady ways and was in need of selling it - the ah buy claim would my first pick.
