I don't think you can dual wield it, it says unique equipped, you can equip a dual mog though.

I don't know what your experimenting, but from what I've heard, the enchant is only good for lvl 1-10 twinks tryna do alot of aoe dmg for pve. Either way I hope you find it, gl x.
