ah the times ive actually used never have i seen a double proc nor any procs occur at close intervals. interesting though.

yeah cobalt crushers proc is on a 1 min internal cooldown it is very nice for burst damage but maybe once per fight youll see it (prolly a lot less). dont gimp your damage just for that especially since its an elemental attack and is resistable. though i would use cobalt over thermapluggs

bloodied arcanite reaver and corpsemaker both have a ~16% higher chance to proc soc with the glyph about 12% without the glyph with thermapluggs you get 1 extra swing out of about every 3 to the boa and cm. using sylvatics average damage per hit, cm gets 23 more damage per hit on average...

it does but the coefficient for it is awful. you would see much more dps out of the agi then the sp.

considering its the new raised max skill for wrath, no. you couldnt get 375 mining in old world they wouldnt change it for wrath.

the best warriors ive ever run into at 29 were dual wielding furies. my 29 warrior was arms however. use whatever weapon you want but dps is still not the way to look at weapons when a lot of the damage depends on your weapons top end damage. look at dps for pve in pvp you want burst...

the ranged weapon is only for stats period maybe a last shot at a runner and thats it. go into a bg and count how many times you actually use your ranged weapon and let me know when a couple of damage would have made all the difference over the stats you would have gained out of that slot...

side note on windstorm its no longer tbc enchantable though it was at one point.
