still working on the agm trinket (seems like every 85 is farming this thing) and need to queue up for some fight nights for some honor for a pvp trinket. also been trying to farm a deadmans hand from scarlet monastery and gnomer for a charged gear without any luck so far.



i dont have access to boas on that server maybe in the future ill xfer over a whole bunch for this char and maybe other twinks when i find a server to settle my twinks down at.



other than those things i think im done but some reason i still feel like im missing something. anyone got any suggestions for main set gear or some alternate switchouts i should be trying to grab?



also in the future im planning transfering off shattered hand to another server with more 29 action, from what i read dragonmaw is the way to go for horde, that still true? if so, what guilds should i be seeking out on dm?

Hey Junai, that's some shaman you have there!



I've never played an enhancement shaman before, but here are some suggestions off the top of my head.



Herbalism / skinning is an excellent combo, however , later you might want to reconsider switching one of those professions to engineering because of the Parachute Cloak enchanted with +20 spell penetration. Since every opponent might use Charged gear of ... rings (+4 nature, +4 arcane resist), combined with Blessing of Kings, +5 resist to all schools of magic on cloak and lets not forget the +29 nature resistance from Night Elf racial, resists might start to pile up more than you'd like. Anyway, spending honor points on Rune Of Perfection with its +10 spell penetration should be a good start.





Barbaric Bracers are the best bracers for enhancement and easily obtainable too.



Houndmaster's Belt , Boots of the Foolhardy, Forest Tracker Epaulets might be potential upgrades as well.





You said that you don't have access to BOAs on your server. Do you know you can buy the BOA stuff for honor now ? It will take some time though but it's gonna be worth it.

All of them are decent upgrades to your current gear.





BTW out of curiosity, for how much does your Lava Lash strike when you have Skullbreaker equipped in your main hand and for how much when you swap it to offhand ?

i thought about parachute for spell pen but i cant see it giving too much more for me as the crit from skinning (will be keeping herbalism no matter what) and the dps/stam stats of tiger strike and some time in the future the boa cloak. ill end up switching it im sure later on to test it if i notice a dramatic drop in resists i might keep it.



i have barbaric bracers in my bags with stam on them for a stam/fcing set liking the idea of all the stats that gallan cuffs give. i have some watchmens pauldrons for stam/fcing as well. forest trackers might be nice for pure dps. that belt could be a nice alternative to silver-lined belt for a stam set. ill get those boots for sure maybe as a switchout or dps boots with agi.



i realize i can get boas via honor but its going to take a good length of time to acquire so im not going to include them unless i get the honor or get some boas via transfering in or making a high lvl char to farm them with.



fooling around in random dungeons i think ive been hitting in the 200ish range with non crits and 300-400ish area critting (havent paid too close attention) and i have yet to really try it in my off hand but i would guess it might add 50ish on normal hits and no more than 100 on crits. ill have to run a couple of instances with it on my oh.

alright made some progress. profs are maxed got a few new items. still working on an agm (7/12 atm) and trying for a dmh and forest tracker epaulets. ill give engineering a go once ive gotten enough gold to power it up to max. feeling much better about this. mega thanks for all the input.
