Just don't be 69. If your class needs abilities at 64/65, just go all the way to 70. Be the change you want to see in the world. I cannot say good things about the weird arms race 69s have brought to the 6X bracket.

Depends on spec, but Tradewinds is pretty solid. Secondaries are really strong, so pretty much anything that boosts those will be ok. My hunter is in the sig, no idea what gear she has on but it is all starter gear - no raids at all, just quests/rares/instances
