I'd cap hit, cap herbalism, use a second AGM and get that AB out of your offhand. Oh and I'd go a full sub spec with garrote glyph if you do any arenas.

ahh I see. I'm assuming you already know but you'll need +10 haste to gloves, +5 hit rating to boots & counterweight to weapon. then yeah, minor channeling ring, finish 150 engy, drop mining for 225 skinning and you'll be looking good. oh and a cloak enchant. and look for a voice amplification...

You're missing: 225 skinning & minor channeling ring. Fix that up and you'll break 40%
