I'd highly discourage rolling a 14 hunter. You will be hunted down and murdered in every BG you enter. But on topic, finding BiS gear for any bracket, especially one like this with so few options, ISN'T HARD. As long as you have 1/8 of your brain and about 6 minutes of free time, you can easily...

Just tried killing one at the southern end of Umbrafen Lake on my level 10, and it didn't give rep to either me or the 85 in the party. Where did you get rep for killing them? Might be a sploitable-exlay itch-glay....
