well. only use MH at the dummy and autohit it for some hours with the proper addons to record the hits/procs/ppm. that would be the first thing i would do if i want to get some numbers. do this with 2 weapons of different speed. the data will answer a lot of your questions.

my first setup is build around incite. 30+% crit on a 11rage AoE... the second one is the "tools" setup with instant hamstring (+10% chance to root) and instant disarm. tools > dmg in this case. these are the two setups i tested and had a hard time to decide which one to choose.
