if you feel damage is lacking than westfall tunic will definatly help with that, even more so in cata. i dont think the boa chest is BiS at all.

only changes you could make imo are 4 stat tunic of westfall, and maby 3/3 bracers but you seem good on stam imo. also would be better as human since 2 agm's. you can make up the hit with hit elixers. i use them 24/7 and am hit caped with just deviate belt.

just use minor accuracy elixer then you dont have to worrie about hit cap in bg's and you dont have to sacrifice any other stats.

i would go orc for trinket racial. my 19 lock (gearoverskill in sig) hits 172sp with racial which feels like its always up with its low cd.
