the wep chants are extremely rarely seen -i have never seen it but its posible 110 ap allso, verry viable. mostly bracer glove cloak chants... bracer glove chant's are huge upgrades tho.. ive seen a few warr's and rets running around with death grips enchanted with 44 ap and (i think its)...
