You are not even on an english realm so i doubt you have any idea what guildmasters are doing to keep their guilds active, ppl are just not interested in YOUR projects since they make lil to no sense (not trying to be mean just the way i perceive it).

No HK farm No MMR system No RBG's ----- these are the things that made twinking active and ofcourse there is scaling wich stomped it even further into the ground so its not weird that theres little to no motivation.

Because what you can do at the moment at 70 is either raid or skirmish. both at an insane low animo in general so no not because of your idea or because of stormrage just because this is the situation twinking is in atm.

Alot of ppl are interested just not interested enough to spend money or to reroll.

Yes Stormscale is a heavy horde realm (always has been and wont change anytime soon). Havent seen a single person online on Argent Dawn-Horde for the past 2 months (Hand of the Betrayer) wich is to my knowledge the only twink guild (70s) on Argent Dawn-Horde :o
