I updated the XPOff logo slightly, and we now have a higher resolution version of it. No major changes have been made, just a few tweaks.
I apologize if you got logged out of the website. Some small alterations were made to the back-end, and some sessions might have dropped.

Every hour, but you can also manually refresh your characters using the 'Refresh character' button on the dropdown.

http://www.wowhead.com/spell=119866/glyph-of-penance is the glyph in question. Only priests who learned it before the glyph changes have it.
The ladder is still under development. More features and fixes will come eventually.
Hey chap i was pming you to let you know a few things you could add to make site even better imo. i would like to see an option to show rankings just for 1 class. and on the ranking show beside there names not just monk but what spec as well. would nice addition. ty
