EU+US Ghoul Fingers

Anyone tried getting these after the lvl scaling and rare/epic upgrades became a thing?

These gloves got removed from the loot table in cataclysm i think, i might be wrong about that, but i don't think they are still obtainable considering how i never see them in game.

(EDIT) Checked the wowhead page and it seems quite a bit of people got these in legion, so i'm gonna assume they got added back in early legion.

Wowhead has a bunch of comments from WoD, not legion - which was when they were available again from the salvage yard. Odds are very very low that this is still available.

That being said, that doesn't necessarily mean that its gone - science it up.

Might have been talking about those loot crate things. Which would still mean it hasn't dropped since Cata

Safe to assume Salvage yard obtained items dont have epic proc chance? Im basing basing this on nothing btw...donmt even rly know what teh fuck the salvage yard even is outside garrison.


IMagine if blizzard werent autistic after getting vaccinated a few years back and this epic proc implementation was just across the board on everything...dungeon drops, bg crates, crafted gears you know? like any half decent design team would do because its super fkn obvious

No...whether something was in a salvage crate has no bearing on whether it can proc epic.

Ghoul fingers CAN proc epic (see http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/item/1314 ). It just doesn't drop anymore.

It, along with a number of other rare-specific drops, were removed in cata when deathwing breathed fire over the world and lowered the levels of a bunch of mobs. Some of those items came back to their rares, but many items were gone until they showed up in salvage crates (mostly for xmog, but some like the black widow band just happened to be at level 19 and so were still useful). Salvage crates stopped dropping rare gear when legion dropped.
