The ones in my AH are posted by a 49, fyi. makes sense since 5lvls higher than 44
49s: check out lvl 44 green relics. they are ilvl 57, +19. lvl 45 greens are ilvl 49, +16.

what is the ilvl to apply flexweave? i cant put it on i28 cloak. i restored my i45 heirloom cloak and it still had the tinker!!!!!!!
conquest cap is removed for 50s, and the azerite vendor might be removed next week. claw nerfed from 5k to 1k, wasnt on notes
