Wow is still working at win7 (despite stupid coders failing to fix the launching bug for 3 months atm, and previous 2 months fix for crashing at campfire logon screen). Thus, i wouldn't worry much about win10 support. And you can always bypass win11 appetites for install with proper programs...

Loot comes as usual ilvl84. Most annoying part is finding a summon and then don't fakap with instances limit, since external reset has no tracking tools. ps: since we're getting a lot of minuscule patches lately, each weekly reset may get you hs'ed out with instance being wiped.

I came to write this. Alzo, another source of free golds is azure digsite - but you have to get there first, i haven't check amount of xploration xp so safe way is summon.
