There are quite a bit of crafted BoE epics which, in my opinion, are BiS. While they are generally the same item level as dungeon drops, they often have more secondary stats and very good socket bonuses, which make up for fewer socket than dungeon drops. In contrast to BoE Legions with sockets...

Yeah the available gear difference between 10 and 11 is actually pretty huge due to Legion BoE's being either level 6 or 11 requirement.

I've been doing this on my 15, I initially used Felguards like everyone else, but it's much weaker unless cleaving. Imp hits 500 fire bolt crits.

Yeah I love soloing dungeons, hardest thing I've done in a dungeon is Freehold no-hat solo. I've also solo'd some world event on DMF, which were quite fun, especially Moonfang is challenging.

It's 70 damage flat (non-crit), I think from 10 all the way until 25 where it starts going up. Not sure if it's impacted by anything like SP/AP, doesn't look like it.

I played 29 and 39 during TBC, they were far superior to any other twinks. You can easily take out 70s at level 39 unless they're fully Heroic geared. That said, back then, most people couldn't afford good enchants. I don't know how that will be on the new realms.
