I am not high enough level to turn bijous in but when I did it on my main it is not really a quest to get the rep so i doubt they give XP. Can anyone confirm or deny?

Is it possible to get exalted for a 59 twink? I know you would start turning in stuff at 58 but does anyone know from private realms or other methods if its possible to even hit exalted before leveling 60?

I still feel like the proc is good against other people other then melee. If im not mistaken the proc can proc from magic abilities also
