I'm hitting faster so question is. Are alt versions of haste procs still a thing?

Question. I have a meta gem and when procs gives 120 melee and ranged haste(shows on buff) but haste doesn't increase and doesn't feel like-

either solo them like i did mine or run full twink groups. The heat needs to die down a bit imo.

I ran two random que dungeons and it was nothing but talk of my at the time lvl 10 scaling. After that i had enough brains to know,

Scratch that. It added one mast but the tooltip says 2

At 27 it adds exactly what the tooltip says 3 agil 1 mast on the ilvl 33 BoA shoulders (control and test ofc)

Yes but idk about under 27. I tested on an old 70 but don't have any lower lvls with scribe
