These guys do rather good work. While I haven't been personally involved with their runs since I main Alliance, I've helped promote them since they started last year.

It'll still cost you close to 20k, even as dead weight.

It should be only on the character that did the runs. They should have a requirement tacked on them in the wardrobe page.
