Depends on your point of view.

1. GF'd Pre-Legion master race
2. A buff that your teammates can see, and a potential sell point for future twinks.

I don't give a fuck about anybody but myself, so #1 all day.

It is a way for people to tell which toons have their XP locked. I read that in the patch notes. It will be nice if it is integrated into BGT.

nice addition. i used to track xp on/off with a huge weakauras texture since i was so scarred of accidentally leveling my 99.99% xp 70 twink.

I didn't go there, it's just a buff I got for no reason when I logged in one day.

After doing some bugging in battlegrounds. (though I do have beta, but I didn't see the buff on any of my other characters)
