EU+US Pvp Stat Template

Found this thread on the Bnet forums from the looks of it, it explains how the new pvp stat template works and some ability/ stat %'s in Instanced PvP. I believe this is how it is for all levels but not certain (Talking about 2nd post showing stat and ability %'s in Instanced PVP)

Most definitely this could be a deciding factor in what class/spec someone wants to play and how everything will pan out.

I'm pretty curious why they went with "All damage done reduced by 25%" for HEALERS. Yes, I know Blizz is changing the way we Heal come 7.0 and because of making us more active Healers through some of our damage output they Buffed several damaging abilities but it still makes no sense. Are Healers (at 100 currently) just going through Ashran/BG's insta-jibbing everyone in sight because of their superior DPS?
