As I mentioned in my reply to you, we already have someone named Voc on the forum. Unless that account is yours, I can not just uproot someones name in order for you to get it.

We have had a few instances where this has happened, and yes, we always take recent activity into consideration. I'll try to get in touch with the person in question to see if he is still around, and if not, I'll side with you on the matter.
