I "test" stuff out like this all the time on my 10's so there's no offense meant, just letting you know some actual statistics as to how it would work (in theory as you're not 100% Geared/Enchanted yet). I would very much like to see your finished product to find out how it compares to my Protadin at that time. If you ever make a toon on my US Realm group (Nesingwary / Nazgrel / Vek'nilash) I'd be happy to Enchant you up, I have pretty much everything currently in the game for Enchants. I don't play all too much atm as Summer is the busiest season of the year for Cinemas and I also have much of my spare time creating prospectus's trying to convince the Owner to turn us into a Theatre Chain. Also keep in mind I'm a filthy Horde so there is that
I would also point out that there are very few Twinks on my Realm group so you'd be kind of stuck without being able to do a ton of World stuff, outside of Cross Realm.

Just FYI on "Bonus Armor" come Legion, it's being removed completely in Pre-Patch 7.0. Also Chef's Hat is becoming a Toy (which pisses me off tbh).
