[Serious] Legion class changes and further discussion

I think holy pally will be way more popular at 19, they get Consecration at 15, denounce at 16 or 18, talents will be different so I'm not sure if Pursuit of Justice will still be around but I think it'll be interesting.

Finally looking at this on a bigger screen... Holy shit everything looks amazing.

I can even deal with no CS for Mage if I can get Frost Beam (wow just wow) and Frostjaw (maybe).
All the classes look so great. Bummer for Shaman losing Sheer and Purge.

mattqdean I'll try and contribute here, are you getting all this from wowhead ptr?

Lol MoP enrageleek 2.0 now with stormbolt/shockwaves and colossus smash

I loved frost jaw at higher levels... In fact, I suppose it's worth it losing counterspell now that it's lower level :)

Looking at the changes to ret pally I think I'll really enjoy it in legion at 29. If 29 is still a thing

Looks like Flash of Light is getting a +135% boost!

Trust me 29s will still be a thing, players will look for any advantage over others and the extra ability as we have seen in the past can make a huge difference.

In the past having extra abilities have never been a big deal, it was always the enchants and when we didn't have scaling for that 1 period. If 29s have a few more spells they will end up getting facerolled anyway because they don't know how to survive - they just use to 1 shoting and healing to full with op gear and ect.

I'm not saying its a big deal and its going to make games so much more balanced with the removal of enchants but im talking about now for example, certian classes get abilities that can make specs that arent viable at 20 viable at 29 like spriests and enhance shamans. With that being said, the changes atm look really good and I dont think there will be too many abilitys that 20s wont have but everything could still change at this point.

Ah ok I got you, that will be interesting to see.

Forgot to mention that Penance now only does damage, unless you choose The Penitent (I'm assuming there are 3 talents you get to choose from that are different based on your spec) at 15. Disc also appears to get Mind Blast, holy does not. Resurrection is limited to Disc and Holy priests. PW:S is Disc/Shadow only and has a 6 second cd for both. SW:p is limited to Disc/Shadow. Holy talent Enduring Renewal seems to modify Renew, which is listed as above level 20 atm. I'm crossing my fingers hoping that renew drops in level req.

Big changes to priests, I'm pretty excited.

The list has been corrected and updated. Thank you.
