Has it actually been confirmed that F2Ps can use?

Here's an interesting observation from WowHead:

Iit looks like your old heirlooms will not decrease to 1-60 as they have separate pages in our database--this is just for fresh heirlooms purchased in 6.1.

Emphasis mine. It's going to be a really sad day if it turns out that the heirloom tab only applies to heirlooms purchased post 6.1. I just can't see how they can do that though, with the millions of subscribers who already have heirlooms. We won't know for sure until they open up the transfer character ability and we can test it for ourselves.

Nothing I have seen, confirms that f2p will be able to use this when it goes live. It could be that the create item spell checks your account type and starter edition won't work.

I am curious if heirlooms you own will be transferred directly to the tab and be gone.
ie. If I have multiples of a heirloom will they all disappear or will they just appear in the tab. Will one disappear? None? Do we auto learn them? Or do we have to manually click to learn them like pets and toys? If they go away when learned, players with grandfathered enchants may lose those enchants I suspect.

Read elsewhere that the level 80 heirlooms will remain level 80, and only the purchased heirlooms will be level 60.

Which seems to imply that old pre-6.1 heirlooms will not be put into the heirloom tab. But that's so nonsensical, I can't even imagine how they could justify it, therefore it can't be right. Right?

Isn't that the same with some toys? They are FoS and not added to toy box?

Hopefully character copy will shed some more light on things.

    Right!

Grats on Mod Kincaide, was always wondering when that would happen.

But my guess is that it will be similar to the toy tab, if one char has it, then all other characters have it also. One can only Hope :)

The male Night Elf run is still comically bad. But lots of others races look better, but some odd things I hope they are still working on.

EDIT: no belf update yet, but accounts are upgraded to Warlords. No premade lvl 100, just 90s in Panda dungeon heroic or pvp gear.
