    Hey guys I created a list of the new Enchant stat scaling for 19 and 29. Before I roll it out to the public, I thought I would share with vets and those who contribute to the site first! - and also use you for some help in building the list! ;-)

    PLEASE NOTE THESE NUMBERS ARE NOT ALL CONFIRMED. Some of the items are showing different stats when applied to that in the tooltip. If you have conflicting data please comment here and I will update accordingly.

    The numbers should be the same for lvl 18/28 as well, however the stats my vary for level 17/27 and under (I'm really sorry I didn't do this for all levels, but it would've taken too long)


    -Some of the 19 figures were pulled from my own 29 on the PTR if wowhead was displaying clearly incorrect data, these will need updating.
    -Proc rates were gathered from tests found in the Wowhead comments, and various Blue posts from the official forums. Again, if you notice any mistakes, write a comment and I will update as soon as possible.
    -All figures have been entered manually by myself (mistakes likely).
    -All Enchant links gathered from Aelobin's WoD Enchants spreadsheet and were used for scaling.


    p.s Are PvP Power and Resilience now useless? If so I can remove them from the list. Cheers!

    Strange, both are showing +1 when applied to gear, with Powerful stats still showing in red (unusable)

    The old + 4 Stats to chest is showing as +2 Stats in the tooltip, but +3 Stats when applied, possibly BIS? Needs more testing for confirmation.

    p.s List might need severely updating if the 'applied' stats are different than what's showing in the tooltip! :(

    I actually cba to update now because the tooltips/scaling and everything is just too fucked up right now. No point in collectively adding to this extensive list for things to change. Right now I may delete this thread as it's not reliable enough for people to use as a guide...A lot of the numbers are correct but yeah, takes a long time with so many bugs in game atm
     
    Don't know if this is being updated or not, but you can scratch most of the leg patches. Most of their tooltips are fucked and actually give lesser stats.

    I believe with the release of 6.1 all these tool tips will be correct.
