So my friend is making a 24 Hunter and he asked me for help to gear it up, sinc eI do not know alot about the 24 bracket maybe some of you guys could help me out on this? Thanks)

A decent idea of what to look for.
Could use the Charmed Ancient Bone Bow - Item - World of Warcraft or Glass Shooter - Item - World of Warcraft for the weapon. I use glass shooter on mine.
The rings are good but if you want straight agility go for charged gear of agility. If you don't feel like grinding Gnomeragan repeatedly, http://www.wowhead.com/item=65725 and http://www.wowhead.com/item=24118 are your next best bets.
Bands of Serra'kis - Item - World of Warcraft is another option for bracers.
Emissary Cuffs - Item - World of Warcraft and Glass Shooter - Item - World of Warcraft both come from Dark Iron Ambassador - NPC - World of Warcraft which is a super rare spawn in Gnomeregan. Not to mention the charged gear and cuffs are both random stats so it could take forever to get the right combo.
Petrolspill Leggings - Item - World of Warcraft is usually considered BiS but it's a rare drop in Gnomeregan. Hogger's Trousers - Item - World of Warcraft is another viable options. Or Tarnished Leggings of Destruction - Item - World of Warcraft if you got them.
Arena Grand Master - Item - World of Warcraft x2 is beautiful. Other trinkets are Inherited Insignia of the Horde - Item - World of Warcraft, Swift Hand of Justice - Item - World of Warcraft and Rune of Duty - Item - World of Warcraft

add another agil ring (gnomer is the devil cbf running it on hunter no more), change boots and cloak depending on whether u care about hit cap and whether u have eng and add an insignia for trinket if not human. overall be pretty close to what you want

OP if your friend was trying to get bandit and has just had bad luck with drop chances then fine he will change belts once he gets bandit but if he wanted wild then don't tell him to change it. Wild is a perfectly good option for belts
