Lvl 1's ever whisper you?

Was talking to a few people on vent last night and We were sharing experiences from past to present of lvl 1's whispering you after a Bg. Regardless of what they say to you.

Compliment or insult ? I take it as a compliment you made someone create a toon on your server just to harass you. I've also have had toons Whisper me to compliment or ask a question. Either way I see as a compliment. If a lvl 1 isn't whispering you maybe your doing something wrong?

So does anyone have a funny experience? Also in your view is it a compliment or insult?

If I stand out enough in a good or bad way to a 24 that they feel they need to go through the hassle and make a lv 1 on my realm I definitely take that as a compliment. More times then not it was just a bad 24 that I beat 1v1 in cata over and over coming to complain about how I crutch on a hunt (Irony) but I still take that as a compliment.

Making a lv 1 to whisper you is the next step of a /salute or /bow imo

Hahaha Try sitting for 6 hrs on end everyday for 3 months and /yell ing Random things.... on a lvl 1.. a little extreme Opinions. -.-, And yes some one actually did this to me. Everytime i exited a bg there he was.

On characters off Aerie Peak I've never had anyone make a level one and whisper to hassle me, only experienced very friendly and nice people, so 100% complimentary.

On Aerie Peak there has been the occasional level one character bot-whispering every toon in the F2P channel, which is incredibly amusing. Wouldn't take it as a compliment because not really directed at one player.

Good times when people call Krating an F2P nub. ^^ Or when someone was quite focussed on wanting to not only whisper but troll in the F2P channel. They didn't know how to circumvent having to be level 3 to talk in the channel, and leveled little blood elves to 3 about 15 or 20 times. The self torture that person was willing to go through was hilarious. I had channel mod and immediately kicked when they started to talk, after a while the person even made several Swagdufflés in my honor. <3

a few times i get bitched out by some 24's who accuse me of cheating, when in fact its just some baddie who couldnt keep up with me on horde tun roof when i fc lawl

It happens.

Some people get frustrated about playing versus 24s or against a competitive level 20 player then they have to blow some steam.

Others just to troll wisp or troll in f2pchat like we had on AP.

There are also players who just want to have a friendly chat after having a good match.

And there are also players who will make those level 1s and level to 3 (wich is not needed in my case and quite funny if they do) to try and talk to every 24 they meet in bg and bomb them with their ideas about this 20-24 bracket and that 24s don't belong in there. I believe that most 24 players met this guy in the EU called Voidlight (and his friends) and came to wisp his opinion about that 24s cheat and starts insulting (also in bg chat).

Of course I get whispers. Very seldom are they complimenting good games, etc. Despite that, they are always a good laugh ^_^.

Quite a while back, I had just gotten out of a bg and logged off in frustration. Apparently some guy (from the alli team i just played) made a new toon on AP horde side and lvl'd it to 3 to compliment me on my gameplay and how hard I was to kill, and asked someone to relay it to me when i logged back on.


Made me feel good inside.

Funny part is wasting so much time /yell ing about a guy who they think Is horrible even tho they just got farmed by them is just dumb. They even walk all the way to org so thy could follow me around.....

Yea. Only time i whispered someone was the 20 f2p that would multibox hunters with a 24 healer. Had to let him know just how bad he is.
