This doesn't actually change the fact that holy pallies were overpowered, now no one can kill them. Not even other holy paladins. Now they have more reason to spam HS for healing on cooldown for the run speed and 1k healing.
You've gone from holy pallies on both sides killing people to 25 minute 0/0 flag caps where no one can kill each other except for in mid, where there are probably going to be more holy pallies healing people due to the recent influx.
Its highly unlikely that most of rerollers will stay holy.
Most of ppl like nuking others, not healing.
number of hpallys will rapidly drop in 5-6 days, just give it some time and you'll see.
However I agree on the part of 25min games that finish with either zero or 1 flags capped.
As I said in my last post, 2 holly pallies and resto druid (with 10 stacks) stayed alive vs 2 dps and hpally for like 10 minutes.
If other team caps, get another flag and turtle, atm there is no way you'll EVER kill efc.
I have to say, with holy shock spam (even though it was terribly annoying), you could kill efc with some stacks.
now, there is no way to do it since noone can deliver so much dps (with healing being as is).
conclusion - fix healing. its incredibly OP atm.
A druid can hot himself and run midfield with 2 person on him with no problem (not to mention that he needs like 3 sec to run all field with 105% running speed).
Priests, hpallys are also unkillable, you need at least 3 ppl to take down 1 healer.
