Strongest class without heirlooms?

Hey guys. I'm looking to get back in the 19 bracket however i currently don't have access to BoAs. Now obviously they would come with time as I farm honor but that would take a while so I'm wondering what the strongest/stronger classes are without heirlooms. I was thinking hunters, rogues, and feral Druids. Obviously the bracket doesn't need anymore hunters or rogues so let me know your guys opinions on what else is out there.

IMO this is the strongest you can be without looms.

None you will be very crippled if you do not have heirlooms. People might say wrong, but you are at a big disadvantage.

I know I added protector's band but I dunno wtf horde's called^^ and you could swap that ring for 4 hit one if you feel eager to reach hit cap.

This is about as good as you can get it.

if Money is problem, you could put 100hp on chest and 7 stam on bracers - cost maybe 2g for mats and x for the tip

A while back there was a thread discussing the concept of a Druid using 5/5 fang set. Youd still be down shoulders, helm and weapon though.

Start fishing on both Saturday & Sunday for cap/ring.

having rolled several 19 players on a F2P account with no BOAs at the start in order and without faction change..of course

holy paladin horde
disc priest horde
hunter horde
arcane mage horde

horde has best gear for these classes and players are decently playable until you acquire honor points, darkmoon faire tickets, or justice points converted from honor to get BOAs

You can still get heirlooms without an 85. You can turn ~3375 honor into enough justice points for a shoulder or chest item. You can also do Darkmoon Faire quests and dailies and get them that way.

I understand I can farm the honor without an 85 but being a casual player it does take some time to acquire 4k honor, and thats just for one piece.

Unfortunately it looks hunter is the best option and I think everyone can agree that the bracket doesn't need another hunter so I think I'll be waiting until I farm up some honor on my 70. Thanks guys!
