Don't forget few if any of the 10's have Dread Pirate Ring which 99% of this community consider BiS. But as I said before I personally listed whom I think are as close as one could reasonably get to BiS since I don't think there is one single 10 with EVERYTHING but a few who are close.

With as much as is reasonably possible to get unless you have amazing luck (Pirate ring + BOE world drops), real moneys to spend (Faction changes multiple times), and a good amount of in game gold (BOE world drops), that plus continuous playing on 1 or more 10's from pre-cata through pre-shattering to now including faction changing pre-cata, pre-shattering and now since all 3 times have different Faction BiS (some GF'd) gear. So here's what it would have taken to be fully BiS at level 10:
1) Paid Faction change at least 5 times (pre-cata + pre-shattering + post-shattering).
2) Near continuous activity for at least the past year and a half to cover all the GF'd gear and current BiS gear (since we couldn't have known Blizz would just remove **** from game).
3) Good amount of luck to win the Kalu'ak Fishing Derby at least once and chosen the Dread Pirate Ring as your reward.
4) Good amount of luck to have drop or find on AH 100% of the World BOE's (specific to your class/spec) for the past year and a half (most from Vanilla WoW patch 1.11.1).
5) Lowish server pop or awesome friends to help obtain at least one AGM (or lots of time invested to get solo).
6) MOST IMPORTANT: Forward thinking to Guild Bank Helm/Shoulder embossments from Naxx/ZG/etc since a few of those actually still work but are SB to higher level toons or no longer in game.
Since the above list would be considered BiS and not one 10 has everything above (that I'm aware of), it's reasonable to give recommendations as to whom is "close" to BiS.

His chest with gf'd/removed enchant (35+) wich is still working wich makes him, probably, the only rogue in the US/EU who can reach dodge bdr above 90% even without the old horde only gear

dodgeyou has the cloak AND chest Dodge chant that is GF'd iirc. And the old Helm chants like 10 resist DO still work, it's here somewhere and they had to SS it to prove me wrong when I said they didn't work.
My Rogue is almost there, just need to find 4 agi pants, 2 agi bracers and chant the bracers with 5 Ddoge and I should be close to matching his BDR. Maybe also the 2 dodge belt, but DR might hit me too hard at that point.

I am fully BiS. Ioerror is fully BiS. Bamfcow is fully BiS.
Best in Slot doesn't mean you have EVERY best piece of gear in your bag. It means that you have BEST in SLOT for every piece YOU ARE USING.
Obviously if A DAY, I would go out and play FC on my paladin, I wouldn't be BiS as I miss LFH. Doesn't mean i'm not BiS. My ret build is BiS, my FC one, not.
But Healing spec, DPS spec and Prot-healer/Prot-Dps, are BIS.
When I look at my toon, (Since i'm almost always RET these day), when I look at my RET toon build, there's not one piece i'm missing. No improvment, nothing better then the piece I use.
All BoA, Bounty Hunter's Bracers, Beastmaster Girdle, +2str+2stam boots, Gemmed Copper gloves for crit build/Gloves of the moon for combo gear, Stone Guards Leggings, Slayer's band/Minor Channeling ring/Ring of Scorn. AGM + BoA Insignia.
This is BiS. There's no piece better then that if you play a Combined Stam/Crit/Str Build.
P.S: No I don't have the blue Ally belt (3stam/3str/3hit), simply because i'm already hit capped from BoA and bracers, so 3stam/3str< 5Stam/5Agi imo.

I surely want to see an armory link if you are done with it ^^ I just can't believe you would out dodge me on my rogue with all that dodge gear i have, gf'd horde only gear and cloak enchant by using agi gear instead

It makes me curious what gear you will be using, could you make a chardev for that specific gear? and don't look at the dodge chardev tells you wich is not displaying correctly

I have updated the "to all you dodge stackers" thread every time I get a piece. At current he's at 81.81% no buffs and I'm still missing the 4 agi pants, 2 agi bracers with 5 dodge chant, 2x One Rings (I have one just not equipped) and as you point out 3 dodge belt. I dropped a crappy 2 stam bracer with 5 dodge on it just to see what it would look like and it pushed up around 86%. DR is already hitting me hard with the cloak chant but I will be pushing just over 190 Agility when I'm done and unknown amount of dodge as I said before I'm trying to see how high I can get it Agi stacking instead of Dodge to get around DR. As a result of my Agi stacking I have 88.82% crit while trying to get Dodge as high as possible and I haven't even done my faction change yet for the crit boots.
