You can, you can farm mobs to exalted in EPL. However only a few ones gives 10 rep per kill revered-exalted.

Im not saying its impossible to get exalted. im just saying it impossible to buy because it requires you to get to Icecrown

He isn't saying you can't get them exalted. He's saying the location to buy the tabard isn't available to F2P accounts since it's in Northrend. Exalted isn't necessary because you can buy the tabard at friendly.

look at Lofi's profile. He's not there yet, but well on his way...all the Outland reps he's Honored/Revered with (plus one or two more) can be ground to Exalted.

the level requirement info is false. All the Arathi Basin quests can be done at 20 (and highly recommended as they give rep).

I already did "The Battle for Arathi Basin" for my rogue which is indeed available at 20, but the other two quests were not given by the questgiver. So yea...



Edit: Just found out you need to be friendly for the four bases quest... so scrap the piece above!
