How does this bracket work?

You turn off XP and you are in same Que with FTP lvl 20's?
 
i though this bracket works with (obviously not all)20s and (obviously not all but quite a number)24s trolling each other
 
So if I went and made a full bis 24 Hunter using aimed shot, people would rage?
 
Aimed shot w/ full enchants & consumables sucks?

Basically bad players level to 24 so they might have a slight chance at killing someone decent.

That's why I'm *tempted* to do it at least.

Guilty as charged. The only difference is that there is no "might". What's funny is that I keyboard turn, click, and all the other baddie things that people say and I still win. Hunter + 4 levels = win.

this^^, all 24s should leave the bracket to the jobless....opps i mean guys who cant pay for wow....ffs i mean pros
