Quite similar to my personal case, except I'm not allowed to use bnet balance but still can use tokens to get gametime directly.
This was a regulat GM, from 2nd iteration of tickets, and i beleive it was a human being.

Not allowed as in on battle net shop? so they in essence stole your battle net wallet from you? or is it that you not able to add more balance with existing tokens? or is it just that license? The thing this gm of yours trying to allude to is probably the block on accounts to buy New wow tokens if no payments been done since 2018. That was a thing for some time now. Hardly related to this current mess.
To my knowledge your existing funds are completely untouched.
Even seen blue forum post stating that converting existing tokens to bnet balance and buying sub with it would restore your ability to buy new tokens.
And honestly anything other than that is a Theft.
Sounds like different issue to this.
There are always ways to provide counter arguments due to the way they structure responses.
Probably can keep it reasonable for 10 tickets since you are no wrong and it was on their end.
Just stick to the fact that your license not working correctly with relation to recent hotfix.
They may end up threatening you if you wont stop at some point but in this situation its probably to your benefit.
Other option would be waiting for free weekend that suppose to happen soon™ and hope it solves it .
Or just paying again. But where is any guarantee or fun in that.
Do you still bank xp on effected license?
License in question of yours still marked as Inactive on your account overview?
Was this token to balance issue a thing prio patch?
