As much as I'm against exploiting I'd actually love to see some fire mage with fully stacked crit. Who knows, maybe 85ilvl fire mage would be finally beating other mage specs in dps (Mage)

Obtaining these items is "exploiting a bug" and therefore you can get punished.

Personally, I haven't been banned from WoW since I started 10+ years ago and if I'll get a ban, it will probably be 24 hours - 1 week.

2 that im aware of. But this is just me seeing folks post about it in discord. So you can safely assume its a few more than that

Thanks, you are the second person to say that they know someone got banned for it and i can believe it. Do you know if they were perm bans or temp?

if youre just trying to figure out if its "worth it" just ask that

Its not worth it, i trust you and i don't really want to come back to the game at this point. Was just curious. I see a lot of people who quit twinking on my friends list who came back for the anniversary event and they're finding out about this/considering doing it.

fk it, haven't seen or heard of anyone get a ban. only ppl talkin bout it on this forum. unless you actually know the person that got the ban personally. I wouldn't believe a random. might as well. just hide the gear and you'll be fine. don't be retarded and log out with a full set?

I've heard people are already eating bans.

People were suspended for 180s and xp off debuffing in early BFA. This is a bannable offense. Use at your own risk.

put a lvl requirement on ilvl 85 gear and blubb - its gone

:ezW:
True, but once blizzard knows how it’s been acquired, and and realise so many unsub players have access to a load of content beyond blizz intention I can see the summon trick getting fixed too.

1) level req on items fixes the grieving and exploit behaviour.
2) summon trick fixes a loophole never intended, one that blizz may see as additional revenue since a active sub and higher levels should be required for those areas.

Each fix has its own reason from blizz pov, I can see both getting fixed.

Does anyone have some tips how to find people who are willingly to help a f2p char to get this nice items?
