They will. It'll all be nerfed at some point, they just have much more pressing broken Game issues to deal with right now. They simply aren't going to allow low Level Characters to have iLvL 44+ gear for long.Hmmm.. Let's hope blizzard doesn't do anything to the remaining 44s, or all thy efforts will go kapooooot!

The rares that were dropping Ilvl 44 rings, necks and cloaks are still very much dropping ilvl 44 pieces. As far as getting loot only once on those WoD rares, that has been that way since WoD came out. However a select few of them can be killed and looted an unlimited number of times (I know of at least one that can be looted multiple times per day). No more changes (since the one a few weeks ago) have been made to those rares.. yet. I looted a second consort ring (ilvl 44) less than 10mins ago. You’re just killing the wrong rares.
