EU+US BiS Balance Druid

I am making a Balance Druid on a new account so I can keep my sub on my main account. Therefore, I want to make sure everything is perfect before I let my sub run out on this one. I haven't been in a BG yet, and I assume the enchants scale to 29 so I'm finding it hard to determine whether or not I am missing some better enchants. If anyone could suggest any changes or whatever then that would be very helpful.

I'm not interested in exploiting. Is https://www.wowhead.com/item=28912/greater-inscription-of-the-oracle the enchant you mean? I should put that on my heirloom shoulders? Which ring?

yeah. check DobyG's druid quest reward repository for rings, one was stillwater's signet, can't remember the others
bg ring of the adaptable would work aswell if you get your hands on it
