not in any reasonable time frame. The only other way is to complete the daily hub and get lucky with an insignia dropping off the bag giving 100 rep. To get exalted that way with perfect rng it would take over a year. Just do the timewalking and save yourself the headache

Just as a quick edit. This rep cannot be ran with the dungeon method the other reps can be run with.

Wild Hammer is easy, so long as you participate in the WOW Anniversary. You can earn timewarped badges that you can exchange for tabards and stuff from timewalking vendors. One tabard a year is all you'll be able to afford this way.

Unfortunately it would appear Wrynn's Vanguard rep has been gf'd due to the rep being totally removed from the game with the removal of ashran. Marks of the legion do not work to gain this rep. Grats to all that got it!

yes, just select it as your rep to gain from daily dungeons
character screen -> reputations etc

Obtain a darkmoon cannon faire, and shoot yourself with it... With clever positioning you can reach the lake over the Ally Base în terrokar.... Die în the water as close as you can to the waterfall, and you Will get to the spirit healer în the skettis area.
