EU+US Frostscythe and Cloaks from Midsummer Dungeon

Hey, some info about the seasonal dungeon-event "The Frost Lord Ahune":

Minimum level required to queue:
60​

• http://www.wowhead.com/item=117373&bonus=3596&lvl=60 can only be obtained through the satchel you get once a day
• Cloaks are obtained from the chest that appears after killing Ahune
• They scale the mobs to your level - but not your party members so healing as a level 60 on 110s does nothing
• You can not transmog the frostscythe on your level 60s
• The cloak can be traded to other eligble party members!
• Neither the staff nor cloak can be warforged/titanforged or get any other legion enhancements
• You get the http://www.wowhead.com/quest=11972/shards-of-ahune quest. You will be able to choose one of these rewards:

http://www.wowhead.com/item=35279/tabard-of-summer-skies or http://www.wowhead.com/item=35280/tabard-of-summer-flames​

• http://www.wowhead.com/item=138838/illusion-deathfrost can also drop, and is only available during the event.

Are you 100% positive about this? To my understanding this Event will function exactly like TW and thus a LvL 60 will heal a LvL 110 as if they were a 110 as everyone in the Instance is scaled to the Level of the Event (up or down). We saw this with the Legion Invasion Event. My Level 10's, when I was in the Raid Group, were out DPS'ing Level 100's and insta Healing them with petty shit like Flash Heal.

Yes, but it will probably get fixed - the encounter doesn't really require any healing anyway so it's not a big problem

That's what Wowhead says, but I can't q on my 20s (EU) as of now. Hope it gets fixed.

@DoByG is the Event already Live for EU? On the in Game Calendar it shows 10am local time for NA.

This may help in determining what Levels will be capable of doing it.

TL;DR: The Quest from the Shards of Ahune requires Level 1. There's a Hotfix happening in 45 minutes, I'd wager it's to fix the Event not working properly. Still not certain how Levels 1-9 will Queue for it since it's a Dungeon.

For me the servers are down as Delindsay said. I think he means for US. So the hotfix could come, idk.

Edit: Talked to a GM, he said the req level is 60 :'(
