At this time, I'm afraid you do not make the requirements to join the guild. Fortunently, the ability to do so is there. I would recommend for you to do the following:
If you follow these instructions, as well as posting a UI screenshot, the chance of you joining the guild goes up greatly. Also, if you end up joinin, I would recommend for you to go draenei.
