Your Opinion of 19 Monks?

What spec of monk do you prefer to be on your team in a WSG?

As a 19 mist monk, yes they can be interrupted/locked, however the best feeling is when you throw an enveloping mist up just before a shear/counterspell/kick/Fists of Fury (Yes looking at you sneaky :)), then laugh in the face of said interrupter as your hot heals through whatever burst they throw at you. As to whoever asked about hows the healing, I personally think its pretty fun, just sucks to get locked out
 
Mate if spam the channeling it's 1 sec GCD and the guys who want to kick that have to preshot kick like u preshot kick a penance first tick (cf Reckful / Khuna / Taku vidz) guys u have kick obviously lag or got delay cuz if right MS it's pretty impossible nobody in the bracket got this level to do that.
 
Yes its spammable, however your cast bar dosent stop and start over, just refreshes itself so to speak. If you use a stopcasting macro with it, then initial tick goes off, then stops the cast, meaning its insanely hard to be kicked, BUT you do not get the tick just before the GCD goes off at about 0.92 seconds into the cast. So if you dont need bursty healing, and are just generating chi healing mid or on D, the stopcasting is fine, it will heal about 1/2 of what spamming it straight out would, but you cant be kicked easily. If you dont spamm it when you need quick healing, its worth the risk to spamm it and try to roll from rogues if they get in range, otherwise your target will most likely die :)

Chi regen is slower this way because you lose that extra tick though, and the small heal isn't going to make up for the gcd in the long run.
 
it's all about positionning if u positionning right way u survive but for sure run into range of rogue and hunt u will see.
 
Yea ik about lost chi regen, I mainly use it to juke kicks in mid when all teammates are at full hp, and my chi is full, works extremely well though. Also not understanding the rogue/hunter statement from above, cant really run into range of a stealthed rogue, and if he opens roll x2 and live? And hunters dont seem to bother me a bit, scatter burst dosent work because of the instant heals of soothing mists.
