Thunderbluff is best city because of dueling next to battlemasters. Ironforge comes close second however as you can duel just a few paces away from battlemasters (where they put the new target dummies) AND even better you can duel in front of the bank (largest populated area in the game), that's just epic if you ask me.
Zones - Loch Modan, still my hearth for most of my ally characters as for some reason I just love sitting on top of Stoutlager Inn.
Grizzly Hills is really well put together.
Starting stories/zones/quests - Death Knight by far, almost as good as Orcs and Greenskins in Warhammer.
