Yet another Glaive Thread

Hello there folks,

It appears that today was going to be my 50th black temple kill without having the chance to see the off hand ( so far only had 2 mh drop in 50 runs ) so i was quite sceptic and really diden't believe i'd be able to see it drop.

Well it did drop and i ofc had it reserved, took me exactly 50 weeks, 50 long weeks of twinking.

I'd like to share my happiness with you and see how much it took all of you to get the glaives on rogue / dk / warr.

Congrats Nesy well earned. A friend and I will be running BT tonight for his thirtieth run aiming (much like you were) for his off-hand. 50 runs is insane, we'd heard about 30 was average although last night I met a 70 DK with three clears to his name with both glaives !

UPDATED: No off-hand glaive this week

Yeah the average is really around 30 ish, i never thought i was gona get it by the end, it was sort of a myth.

Sad to hear that you did not get it but as you saw, you just need to keep hoping and it might, eventually, maybe, possibly, drop.

I admire your dedication while questioning your sanity at the same time LOL. At this point getting glaives isn't what it used to be. Though arguably around here many rogues say having the Kara/Sunwell gem daggers was/is better. What do they know, I've never had one player ask me how many runs it took me to get my Kara dagger or tell me how jelly they were I had one.
