my point was just like portable bronze mortars and discombobulator ray are unique to gnomes at 19sjust like arcane torrent is unique to belf and war stomp is unique to tauren
like i said b4 i view the extra engineering as a perk of being gnome

They are not unique to gnomes at all, they have no eng requirement to use them, only to make.
Warstomp and AT require to be in melee range, which if you have half a brain, is a major downfall of the racial (although it definitely doesn't leave the racial void of use); whereas gnome have escape artist and PBM (the only consumable that a gnome should gain from going engy)
William used PBMs vs curlx (not very well to be quite honest) and not discombs, to the best of my knowledge.
Premades are meant to be the test of a team's overal lstrategy and skill, not who can pop the most consumables.
Outplay your opponents, not out consume.
Stop acting like you have even the slightest notion of what a truly competitive premade looks like, let alone a premade at all.

Yes they are unique to gnomes you have to have 165 engineering to both make as well as use portable bronze mortar and 160 engineering to make/use discombobulator ray
unless u bug your engineering you can't get past 150 without the +15 engineering for gnome racial. wtf are you on?
think about it if williams could use portable bronze mortar on a night elf i am sure he would be a night elf not a gnome
and the bombs require you to be in pretty close range
further than melee range but u arent gonna be throwing bombs at ppl from 40 yards away
i would know i have a gnome warrior that usees both consumables and honestly they aren't as OP as u make it out to be

like i said if you aren't gnome you can't use something that requires 165 or 160 engineering because you can only get up to 150
if you have 150 engineering you can't use stuff that requires 160 or 165 engineering its not that hard not sure why u cant understand this simple concept

idk if you're joking but if you read Portable Bronze Mortar - Item - World of Warcraft it says requires Requires Engineering (165) where Discombobulator Ray - Item - World of Warcraft does not so you can use a discomboulator ray without engineering

I never said that PBMs aren't exclusive to Gnomes, and even if I did, I insinuated that they had a requirement whereas Discomb Rays do not.
Please learn to critically think before responding with insults, it makes you look like an idiot and incapable of making decisions.
There are reasons for most of the decisions and rules that have been previously set by the (for the most part) intellectually inclined group of low level PvPers. I would advise that you seek to understand why they have been put into place before challenging/changing them.
