• There will be more games.
• Our Bracket will grow.

Cons:

• The average skill level will decline in pugs.
• The required level of performance to poon will become lower in pugs and with it, the average level of skill will decline amongst us all.
• The amount of "Twinks" aka "good players" (as everyone is equal now) in each game will decline.
• To play high-end games you'll be forced to play Wargames.

Seems like a necessary change. Our bracket is slowly decaying in popularity, and this is what we need to stay alive.

As Conq put it, high-end Pugs was a dream come true and would never last.
