I haven't tested it yet but is it possible to lock a character in level 19 and still enter BGs? Cuz I'm getting stomped by levelers in 20-29, the stats difference is way bigger than before.
XPoff or level 20 twink?

Nvm, seems I was just lacking proper gear. with the Hall Class weapon (not the Artifact one) and gemmed equipment I'm now more powerful than levelers
