Life has to have gotten pretty sad for anyone over the age of 14 to make a 29. That said, this does provide an opportunity to glee at the misfortune of children and former pedophile victims that would seize this chance to make a 29.

My wishlist would be to see people really invest in 29s again and then have the rug pulled out from under them again.

I got two of those swords. Abused them like hell in ...Legion?? ...until a gm whisped me and gave me a heads up not to use them until they got fixed.

Now they barely proc. Even with two.
