I just have to talk with a gm and tell them they should level up the itemlvl of the belt so it fits your level. Maybe it will take some attempts to find the right gm that will say yes, but I'm pretty sure that's the way. Some other people has gotten their other weapons and stuff like that leveled up so it suits them.

I just have to talk with a gm and tell them they should level up the itemlvl of the belt so it fits your level. That's not the way people have been doing it, but it's only a matter of time before the GM's catch on, since so many are eager to abuse them for ilvl increases atm.

I hope that you are doing well today I have checked into this for you now and I'm afraid that this isn't actually something that we have any policy to assist with. If an item does not have the correct/current item level due to having been obtained years ago, this would need to be bug reported to the developers via the Help Menu in game. I hope this helps to clear things up. So enough bug reports might help us get our old gfed gear updated? Go make some bug reports to support this
