Let's get this straight... An item value.(worth) is what the beholder has for it. For you I guess SHADOWFANG is easy to get so a low price. But for me Im like this item is like that ring and I'm Gollum saying my precious. But you said "yes it is rare, but that rarity dosent worth 400k, not even a quarter of it" and still the item value is in the eye of the beholder. I feel for someone to have my item they have to break the bank and file bankruptcy so to speak. But just to be clear to you it may seem less than 400k but to me it seems 400k is a good price. And the question who is right? What should the price be for SHADOWFANG ? Answer depends on the beholder and so does the value.

Because Arthas server 1 SHADOWFANG means 500k. Fire tree server 400k and khaz'goroth server 400k also. An items value is depends on how bad that person wants/needs it.

Just because I put my SHADOWFANG for 400k doesn't mean I'm ignorant. That how much I would like for the item. What do you think of the other people that wanted 500k for there item? You're not going to sell a Shadowfang for 400k gold. It just won't happen. I'm sick of the bickering. There is absolutely no chance it will sell for 400k.
