I farmed and obtained this Legendary Pattern https://www.wowhead.com/item=71965/design-rhinestone-sunglasses via a years+ worth of efforts, 2 years ago.
Today, 3/9/2021 Blizzard has changed them to be Bind on Equip, and added to the Appearance Collection/Transmog Wardrobe.
